Work underway for Overcoming Believers Churchs Blessings on Bell Street [Video]

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – With Christmas just around the corner, work is underway for a Christmas staple in East Knoxville.

Blessings on Bell Street at Overcoming Believers Church is returning for another Christmas.

“We’re just excited to have this community event. It’s more of a blessing for us than it is for the community, and we just feel like we’re going to grow and how were going to be able to grow as a community,” said Deborah Spencer, Overcoming Believers Church public relations director.

Spencer said work was underway inside the walls of the church to decorate, turning the place of worship into a winter wonderland for all to enjoy.

Blessings on Bell Street takes place Saturday, December, 14 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Leading up to the event, OBC hopes all of Knoxville would play a role in bringing Christmas to kids and family in the city.
