Virgin Pulse—the company that powers your well-being program—is rebranding to Personify Health on Jan. 1, 2025.
What does this mean for you?
- Seamless transition: Your programs, account history and all the features you love will still be available. Your points, as well as your PulseCash, will automatically transfer to your new Personify Health account.
- Vibrant new look and feel. The Virgin Pulse logo, colors and typefaces will be replaced with the fun new Personify Health brand.
- Same username and password: You’ll keep your same username and password.
- New mobile app logo: Starting Dec. 16, the app name will change to Personify Health and the icon will change to our new brand mark, Percy.
Logging in after Dec. 9
Starting Dec. 9, your Virgin Pulse sign-in link will go to a new Personify Health web address. You’ll be asked to sign back in on the web and on your app using your existing username and password.
