MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – A judge has put out a warrant for an Orange Beach man for allegedly violating his bond by going to the CMAs.

Austin Tanner is charged with insurance fraud, and prosecutors say he inflated hours and rates charged to a Mobile County Condo Association for work he performed as a Property Loss Adjustor.

Officials say Tanner was free on a $20,000 bond pending trial. A condition of the bond was that Tanner was not allowed to leave the state without permission of the court.

Prosecutors included images in a court filing of social media posts depicting the defendant and his wife on the red carpet at the CMA Awards in Nashville last week.

A bond revocation hearing is set for next Wednesday.
