KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – Tennessee offensive lineman Dayne Davis sat down with WVLT ahead of kickoff against UTEP to chat about his growth as a Vol, giving back to the East TN community and his time on Rocky Top.
Davis is a sixth-year redshirt senior who walked-on at Tennessee in 2019. He was put on scholarship in December of 2020 and has been a vital part of the Tennessee offensive line during his time.
Davis and the Vols are now 9-2 (5-2 SEC) on the season defeating UTEP on Saturday, 56-0.
Davis was one of several other seniors who were recognized pregame for Senior Day.
Tennessee wraps up its regular season on Saturday on the road to take on Vanderbilt.
