KevOnStage Churchy Celebrates Season 2 With Throwback Post [Video]

KevOnStage’s first foray into Hollywood with “Churchy” is working out in his favor. This week on Instagram threads, the once-sole social media comedian celebrated the beginning of shooting season 2 of his BET+ sitcom “Churchy.”

“Twelve years ago I was in a cubicle at Boeing dreading every single second of my work day every day,” he wrote. “Today I am going to start shooting ‘Churchy’ season 2 and I’m beyond excited. Dreams sometimes come true.”

In conversation with The Hollywood Reporter on Tuesday (November 19), KevOnStage, born Kevin Fredericks, described the difference between creating content on social media and creating a show for Hollywood.
