A SHOPPER has threatened to return all his items after he claims to have experienced the “worst” customer service from Best Buy.

Jay Brook took to X (formally Twitter) to vent his frustration at the chain retailer.

Tagging Best Buys, he said: “The customer service experience at your Glen Allen location in VA could use a lot of help.

“It’s possibly the worst experience I’ve had in a while.

“To the point where I’m considering returning all of the items I’ve purchased in the past couple of weeks. So unfortunate.”

The shopper didn’t give any further details about what had occurred at the Virginia based store.
