Elizabeth City police investigate suspicious death [Video]

ELIZABETH CITY, N.C. — The Elizabeth City Police Department is investigating the suspicious death of a local man.

Officers were dispatched just before 11 a.m. Saturday to the 1200 block of Overman Circle, Elizabeth City, for a report of a deceased individual, according to a press release from the department. They found Kyle Jordan Anthony King, 29, with a last known address of the 400 block of Harriot Drive, Elizabeth City, deceased there.

“Officers are investigating this case as a suspicious death,” the press release stated.
