SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. – The Spokane County Housing and Community Development Department announced that it has opened its 2025 Request for Proposals (RFP) for projects addressing homelessness, affordable housing and community development.
According to a press release from Spokane County, for the 2025 and 2026 program years, the county will allocate federal, state, and local funds through a competitive application process. Eligible applicants are invited to submit proposals for projects that meet local, state, and federal objectives.
Applications will be accepted from Nov. 15 to Jan. 15 at noon, and can be submitted through the Neighborly Participant Portal. The department said that they will offer one-on-one technical assistance and workshops throughout the application period.
