Avowed, the upcoming RPG from Fallout: New Vegas and The Outer Worlds developer Obsidian, will launch on Battle.net, and players can buy it with World of Warcraft’s in-game currency, gold.

Games on Battle.net can be purchased with Gold, and at the current rates, you’ll need around 1.4 million gold to buy Avowed’s $70 edition on Battle.net, according to PC Gamer.

IGN explained the convoluted process of how it works, but it boils down to how WoW Tokens can be exchanged for a balance credit on Battle.net. WoW Tokens are available for $20, and these can be re-sold through WoW’s in-game auction house in exchange for gold.
