Rob Gronkowski makes appearance at Great Wolf Lodge South FL [Video]

NAPLES, Fla. — Great Wolf Lodge South Florida celebrated its grand opening on Thursday in Naples with a special appearance from former NFL star and Bucs player Rob Gronkowski.

Gronkowski, alongside Great Wolf Resorts CEO John Murphy, helped mark the occasion with a water slide fundraising challenge to benefit Make-A-Wish Southern Florida. According to a press release, kids were able to test all 12 slides in the resort’s nearly 92,000-square-foot Great Geyser indoor water park. The challenge helped raise $60,000 in total.

Alongside the water slides, the resort offers a rope course and indoor zipline in the resort’s dry land adventure park, as well as virtual reality experiences. There are also 500 suites and a variety of dining options for guests.
