TCC welcomes new members to President’s Cabinet | News [Video]

TULSA, Okla. — Tulsa Community College announced the addition of two members to its President’s Cabinet. 

Dr. Matthew Olsen has been named Chief Human Resources Officer and John Price has been named Vice President of Legal Affairs and General Counsel. 

Both Olsen and Price bring a multitude of experience to their roles, offering strategic leadership and guidance to TCC as the institution continues its mission of providing accessible, quality education to the Tulsa community. 

Dr. Matthew Olsen, Ed.D., has served as Assistant Chief Human Resources Officer at TCC for the past two years and has been the acting Chief Human Resources Officer since April 2024. 

His career with TCC first began in 2004 as a counselor, a position he held for two years before transitioning to Oral Roberts University where he worked for almost 19 years in many roles, including Director of HR and Title IX Coordinator.
