The CVS Pharmacy located at 6920 Laurel-Bowie Road, inside the Bowie Plaza shopping mall is scheduled to close on Tues., Dec. 3.

BOWIE, Md. — The CVS Pharmacy on Laurel-Bowie Road will be closing in December, the pharmacy’s corporate communications staff announced on Tuesday.

The CVS Pharmacy located at 6920 Laurel-Bowie Road, inside the Bowie Plaza shopping plaza is scheduled to close on Tues., Dec. 3. The next nearest CVS location is about two miles away, on the corner of High Bridge Road and Annapolis Road.

“All prescriptions will be transferred to the nearby CVS Pharmacy at 6001 High Bridge Road to ensure patients have uninterrupted access to pharmacy care,” CVS Pharmacy said on Tuesday. “Patients can always choose to fill their prescriptions at any CVS Pharmacy, or pharmacy of their choice, if another is more convenient.”
