Kenosha County will hold its annual Veterans Breakfast and Resource Fair Saturday and many other veterans events and activities will also be held through Veterans Day.
The county-sponsored breakfast and resource fair is a free community event that will be held in the commons area at the Kenosha County Job Center, 8600 Sheridan Road, Entrance D. Doors will open at 8:30 a.m. A program at 9 a.m. will include military honors and the playing of the Star-Spangled Banner.
The public is welcome to enjoy the free breakfast, which will be served at 9:15 a.m. and to celebrate and honor the service and sacrifice of those who have served in the U.S. military. The breakfast is sponsored by Piasecki Funeral Home.
A resource fair with informational vendors and free haircuts provided by Gateway Technical College student barbers will be available throughout the morning.
