DENVER (KDVR) — Civic Center Park is set to undergo a major transformation, and on Thursday, Denver Parks and Recreation revealed new updates in the design plan.
The Civic Center Next 100 Vision Plan will revitalize the park with improved infrastructure and enhanced programming capabilities while honoring its history, according to a press release from Denver Parks and Recreation.

“This revitalization effort honors Civic Center Park as Denver’s first National Historic Landmark while ensuring that it remains a dynamic and engaging space for future generations,” Denver Parks and Recreation said.
The plan includes upgrades to enhance the Greek Theater with modern amenities to support programming for events and performances as a premier outdoor venue.
