KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — University of Tennessee Football announced the team will be in ‘dark mode’ for it’s game against Kentucky Saturday night.
The No. 7 Vols will take on Kentucky at 7:45 p.m. at Neyland Stadium in all-black uniforms with Tennessee orange numbers and power ‘T.’ The game will be televised on the SEC Network.
In a video posted to social media Monday morning, the team draws inspiration from the Marvel anti-hero ‘Venom’ while playing ‘Not Like Us’ by Kendrick Lamar.
UT Atheltic Director Danny White posted on “X” asking for fans to bring ‘dark mode’ everywhere.
“Everywhere! The stands, the field, the tailgates, #VolNavy, you get the picture! Let’s make it spooky,” White said.
