SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – This week on Matters of the State, we take a closer look at new polling for South Dakota ballot measures and candidates.

South Dakota News Watch investigative reporter Stu Whitney joins us to break down the latest poll numbers, including waning support for an amendment to restore abortion access in the state. You can also watch our debate on abortion access.

We also talk with State Senator Steve Kolbeck (R-Brandon) about the conclusion of Study Committee on Artificial Intelligence and Regulation of Internet Access by Minors, and what legislation could come from the summer study.
