A bride is sharing how “everything that could go wrong did” at her “carefully planned” wedding.

In a lengthy post on Reddit’s “Wedding Planning” forum — which she titled “We make plans and God laughs” — the bride recapped her big day, detailing a series of snafus that nearly spoiled the event. She wrote that it all “started when the DJ informed us at 9pm the night before the wedding that he had not yet been cleared to return to work so he wouldn’t be there, but would send his sister and son instead.”
