ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) – The 1980s hit rock band Foreigner will be making an appearance at the Alaska State Fair next summer as part of its Farewell Tour.
In a press release Tuesday, fair officials said the band — known for hits like “I Wanna Know What Love Is” and “Juke Box Hero” — will perform on Aug. 30, 2025.
Foreigner has sold more than 80 million albums worldwide and was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in mid-October.
They will join “Weird Al” Yankovic on next summer’s state fair lineup.
Tickets go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. on the State Fair’s website.
