A man was stabbed at a Metro B (Red) Line station in downtown Los Angeles Tuesday morning, and the suspect was taken into custody, authorities said.
The stabbing occurred at around 6 a.m. Tuesday in the 800 block of West Seventh Street, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
“The victim is a man between 25 to 35-years-old, and was taken a to hospital, where he is in stable condition. A motive for the stabbing was not available,” LAPD Media Relations told City News Service.
Police described the suspect as a man in his 30s or 40s.
The circumstances surrounding the stabbing were unclear.
