Former President Trump to hold rally in Tempe [Video]

TEMPE, AZ (AZFamily) — Former President Donald Trump is returning to the Valley this week for a campaign rally in Tempe.

The event is happening at Mullett Arena on the ASU campus at 2 p.m. on Thursday. Doors open at 10 a.m.

The former president has made several trips to Arizona during his 2024 campaign, most recently to Prescott Valley on Oct. 13. He also made stops in Tucson last month and in August, he traveled to Arizona’s southern border and held a rally in Glendale.

Arizona is a battleground state and a heavily-traveled campaign stop for both parties, especially as the general election gets closer.

Trump‘s vice-presidential running mate, Sen. JD Vance, is in Peoria for a campaign event early Tuesday afternoon. Meanwhile, Democratic vice presidential candidate Gov. Tim Walz will be back in Arizona this weekend.
