BAINBRIDGE, Ga. (Atlanta News First/WALB) – A popular convenience store chain will soon bring its famous hoagies to the Peach State.
Wawa announced the grand opening date and location of its first store in Georgia.
The convenience store chain will open its first store in Bainbridge at 1401 Tallahassee Hwy.
The grand opening will be on Nov. 14. Doors open at 8 a.m. and there will be a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 9 a.m.

The opening will include special festivities, announcements of community partnerships and support for local organizations, and a celebration of everyday heroes with Wawa’s signature “Hoagies for Heroes” initiative.
