The Ware Center will host a free screening of a documentary about a hedge fund’s effect on journalism.
“Stripped for Parts: American Journalism on the Brink” will screen 7 p.m. Oct. 23 at the Ware Center, 42 N. Prince St., Lancaster.
Tickets are free, but required. Reserve tickets online at artsmu.com, by phone at 717-871-7600 or in person at the Ware Center’s box office or the Student Memorial Center box office on Millersville University’s campus.
A pre-show community panel will begin at 6:15 p.m. Participants include Tom Murse, vice president of journalism at Pennon and executive editor of LNP | LancasterOnline; Jess King, executive director of the Steinman Institute for Civic Engagement; Tim Stuhldreher, writer/editor of One United Lancaster; Robert Spicer, Millersville University assistant professor of communication; and Evan Brandt, reporter for Pottstown newspaper The Mercury.
