Qingdao to host event themed on blue partnerships and sustainability [Video]

Shandong’s Information Office has announced the 2024 Global Ocean Development Forum, set for October 24 to 25 in Qingdao’s West Coast New Area. Co-hosted by Shandong’s government and the Ministry of Natural Resources, the forum is themed “Let’s Sea Our Futures—Promoting Blue Partnerships for Growth and Sustainability.” This year’s event includes sub-forums on ocean industry development, science, climate solutions, and port logistics. Special exhibitions and events will also be held, including the East Asia Marine Expo and the Asia-Pacific Robot Cup.
