TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WFLA) — FEMA has opened Disaster Recovery Centers in multiple Florida counties as the state recovers from Hurricane Helene, Milton, and Debby.
The centers — opened in Citrus, Columbia, Gilchrist, Hillsborough, Madison, Manatee, Pinellas, Sarasota, Suwannee, and Taylor counties — will provide one-on-one help to Floridians who are survivors of any of the three storms.
Survivors do not need to visit the centers to get assistance. Survivors can apply for aid online at DisasterAssistance.gov.
The centers are available at the following locations:
Citrus County
Columbia County
Gilchrist County
Hillsborough County (Mobile Center)
When this center moves to a new location, details will be provided to the public.
Madison County
Manatee County
Pinellas County
Sarasota County
Suwannee County
Taylor County
The Florida Division of Emergency Management and FEMA are also reopening centers that were in place for Debby and Helene.
