GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – With the draft creeping up, we’re looking to where parking is available. On this edition of Countdown 2 The Draft, Maria Parmigiani catches up with the Wisconsin DOT and the Packers on the plan during the draft.
“We’re all hands on deck,” says Randy Asman, a traffic supervisor with the Wisconsin DOT.
The NFL Draft is coming to Green Bay in 2025 and with that comes the anticipation of what traffic will look like. Fortunately, the Wisconsin DOT is no stranger to big events.
“The DOT functions in conjunction with the Ryder Cup, EAA, to some of the NASCAR events. Obviously close to home here, weekly Packer games,” says Asman.
He says Green Bay presents a bit of a challenge when it comes to parking.
“For the most part we park in neighborhoods. That’s the way that it’s been, that’s the way this will be,” …
