JVG Light Up a “Dream Summer” for Meta x The Source x Blenders (Director’s Cut) – Motion design [Video]

Master CG stylist Javier Vallejo at JVG in Madrid conjures 30 seconds of iridescent CG optical art in this collaboration between Meta, hip-hop magazine The Source, and California eyewear brand Blenders.

Javier Vallejo: “With this project, we aimed to capture the vibrant energy of summer without relying on typical clichés. The challenge was to maintain the product as the central hero while building an energetic, colorful world around it. 

“One of the most significant challenges was developing a unique shader effect that stayed true to the product while adding an extra layer of visual interest.”
