KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – The community came together over the weekend to rally behind a Kansas City mother who lost her daughter 25 years ago to violence.
On Oct. 12, 1999, Pamela Butler had been outside rollerblading when she was taken. She was never found. Keith Nelson, who kidnapped, raped and killed her, was executed by lethal injection in 2020.
