King Charles III and Queen Camilla will land in Australia on Friday, but it will be another three days before the public gets a first official opportunity to say “g’day” to our royal visitors.
Their Majesties will spend just five days Down Under, visiting iconic landmarks in Canberra and Sydney and smaller community events during their trip.

The pair’s engagements will “focus on themes designed to celebrate the best of Australia… as well as reflecting aspects of The King and Queen’s work”, Buckingham Palace said.
The public’s first chance to rub shoulders with the royals will be when they lay a wreath at the Australian War Memorial in Canberra from 12.35pm on Monday, October 21.
