Dallas-based Comerica Bank dealing with technology outage [Video]

AUSTIN, Texas — Dallas-based Comerica Bank is experiencing a technology outage, which has rendered most banking center and web banking and mobile banking functions unavailable.

In a social media message on Thursday, Comerica said that ATMs are still operational, but balances may not be reflected in recent transactions. Comerica said the outage is not related to a cyberattack and that accounts remain secure.

The bank did not say when customers can expect the outage to be resolved.
