Report: TikTok star charges upgraded to first-degree murder, could face death penalty [Video]

With the upgraded charges, Terryon Thomas, 20, now infamously known as “Mr. Prada” to his throngs of followers on social media app TikTok, could face the death penalty if East Baton Rouge Parish prosecutors pursue it.

Thomas was arrested in Dallas last week after being accused of allegedly bludgeoning Abraham to death late last month and then discarding his body wrapped in a tarp on the side of Highway 51 between Fluker and the Village of Tangipahoa. 

Police said Thomas was the last known person seen driving Abraham’s vehicle in Baton Rouge after his death.
