CPD searching for missing 39-year-old with mental health condition [Video]

CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) – The Chesapeake Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing 39-year-old.

According to officials, Mae Ward was last seen in the City of Chesapeake on Sept. 19.

Ward is described as an Asian American female with hazel eyes and brown hair. Police said she is approximately five-foot-two and 185 pounds. Her photo can be found below:

Police said Ward has a diagnosed mental health condition that requires medication.
