CINCINNATI (WXIX) – Dohn Community High School’s management company, Cincinnati Charter School Collaborative, and its owner, Ramone Davenport, are out just weeks into the new academic year, the board announced.
Dohn is a non-profit charter school with multiple campuses in Cincinnati. Davenport was there since 2009.
The school’s board of directors announced the sudden change in leadership in a news release that does not specifically what prompted such a drastic move.
“This difficult decision was made after careful consideration of the best interests of our students, our staff, and the future of our school. Mr. Davenport has been a vital component to Dohn’s success over the years and the Board wishes him the best in his future endeavors,” the board’s letter states.
