Truckee Meadows Quilters to sell fabric, sewing tools and crafts at Country Store [Video]

RENO, Nev. (KOLO) – Truckee Meadows Quilters (TMQ) is holding their annual Country Store this weekend. Don’t miss this once-a-year opportunity to shop for fabric, notions, patterns, machines, yarn and a variety of other sewing and quilting must-haves – most at better-than-retail prices.

TMQ president Linda Kennedy, TMQ vice president of the quilt show and country store, Constance Clover, and TMQ vice president of outreach, Jan Harris, stopped by Morning Break to invite the community to this massage sale on all things sewing and quilting.

The County Store opens at the Parish Hall at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church (behind the Sparks Library) on Friday, Oct. 4 from 12-5 p.m. and Saturday, Oct. 5 from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Enter the hall on the south side of the church.

Tickets are being sold throughout the year for the chance to win the Opportunity Quilt with the money raised going to Our Place.
