Fak’ugesi Festival 2024 is all about family, fun and artificial intelligence [Video]

• The Fak’ugesi Festival is headed to Wits on 2nd October 2024 and promises to be an AI-heavy event.
• While fun and games are featured, many of the presentations and exhibitions focus on using Artificial Intelligence and applying it towards your digital innovations.
• The event will end in the yearly award ceremony.

The Fak’ugesi African Digital Innovation Festival heads to the University of the Witwatersrand Tshimologong Digital Innovation Precinct from 2nd until 5th October 2024, the university has confirmed.

The festival is devoted to highlighting developments in African digital innovations as well as the intersection of tech, arts and culture in South Africa. This year’s theme is #UntilUnlocked but it looks like the event will be AI heavy this year.
