Jane’s Addiction has officially canceled the remainder of their 2024 tour and announced an indefinite hiatus following an onstage altercation between frontman Perry Farrell and guitarist Dave Navarro. The incident occurred during their Sept. 13 performance in Boston, which escalated into a physical confrontation. Farrell was escorted off the stage by crew members, and the band quickly issued an apology on social media the next day.

In their initial post, Jane’s Addiction informed fans of the cancelation of their Sept. 15 show in Bridgeport, Connecticut.
