HARRISBURG, Pa. — Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro on Tuesday signed Executive Order 2024-02, updating an executive order issued by former Governor Tom Wolf and re-establishing the Pennsylvania Office of Gun Violence Prevention (OGVP) within the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD).
