The rapper is closing out her epic summer where she dropped her self-titled album and toured by hosting the 2024 MTV VMAs at the UBS Arena in New York.

The “Mamushi” rapper, who was announced as host on Aug. 22, is also up for a handful of awards: best collaboration for “Wanna Be” with GloRilla and best hip-hop, best visual effects, best direction and best art direction for “Boa.”

“Trust us, you won’t want to miss the show!” she and MTV wrote in an Instagram post of her reveal.

Megan, who also performed, made sure to keep all eyes on her throughout the night with multiple outfit changes.

“I’m excited to change clothes 500 times … I’m excited for people to see what I bring to the table while hosting,” Megan told PEOPLE exclusively ahead of her gig.
