Leaders from more than 50 African nations have attended the Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) in Beijing. The Acting Director of Research and Studies at the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs in Lagos, Professor Efem Ubi, shares his insights on the FOCAC Summit. He says the partnership action plans provide great help to both China and Africa.
