Coastal Television of Anchorage LLC is looking for a Sales Coordinator. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. This position has heavy data entry and is full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:30a – 5:30p. Reliable transportation and the ability to work full-time are necessary.
Job Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to station management including but not limited to:
- Creating detailed files
- Assisting with general sales record-keeping
- Various software related duties-processing pre-emptions/makegoods, order entry, order revisions, etc. in a proprietary software system for our sales team
- Maintaining programming in available systems
- Assisting with the planning and execution of station/sales events
- Provide coverage to the reception desk as needed.
- Create, type, and distribute internal and external correspondence from station management
- Possess computer and software skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Possess the ability to learn proprietary software systems
- Assist in compiling contracts and proposals
- Accomplish responsibilities as required using software approved by Coastal Television
- Other duties as assigned
