Missing Lakewood teen last seen at local hotel [Video]

LAKEWOOD, Ohio (WJW) – The Lakewood Police Department is looking for information on the disappearance of a local teenager.

According to a press release from police, Madison Rich, 17, has been missing since August 15.

Police said she left her home between 12 a.m. and 4:30 a.m. that day.

Police believe she was at the Express Inn on Northfield Rd. in Warrensville Heights on August 18.

According to police, a ping to her phone showed her near the 19000 block of S. Miles Rd, around August 22.

The phone has since been turned off.

Madison is 5’7”, 110 lbs., with blonde hair and blue eyes. She has a spider web tattoo on her right arm.
