The First Descendant’s First Season Starts Now [Video]

The First Descendant has a new major update, and this one marks the start of the multiplayer loot-shooter’s very first season. The game is also introducing a new Descendant with an icy skill set, Hailey Scott.

Update 1.1.0 marks the end of The First Descendant’s pre-season period as it moves into Season 1: Invasion. The new Invasion episode continues The First Descendant’s story, and players who have completed all the main quests so far will be able to go straight into the Invasion episode’s quests.

Progressing through the main quests will also unlock new content for the season, including a progression system called Inversion Reinforcement, and new Invasion Dungeons that can be accessed from the Infiltration Operations Terminal.
