Joint employer makes a surprise comeback [Video]

Just when we thought the “joint employer” issue was done, the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) brings it back.

This week’s episode of the Working Lunch podcast from Align Public Strategies features Ed Egee, the VP of government relations and workforce development. He joins the podcast to discuss the ramifications of a recent decision by the NLRB that Amazon is a joint employer with a third-party delivery service.

The decision brings back an issue, at least potentially, that the franchise business has been fighting for more than a decade.
