SUMMARY:

This position will assist management in all aspects of ad sales and marketing business, including scheduling, organizing documents, maintaining records, and other administrative tasks that assist the SVP of Ad Sales & Marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Meeting Coordination – schedule meetings and manage calendar invites/Teams invites for SVP of Ad Sales & Marketing, senior leadership, and the Ad sales department as needed.
  • Communication – field calls, respond to emails, interact with staff.
  • Event Management – Planning events, such as board meetings or company retreats, including managing. caterers and booking entertainment.
  • Manage and record the supply needs for the NY, Chicago and LA offices.
  • Record meeting minutes.
  • Compile monthly expense reports and expense report submission.
  • Implement follow-up actions from various meetings and calls.
  • Draft emails and other communication on behalf of SVP of Ad Sales & Marketing.
