UPDATE Aug. 29, 3 a.m. West Allis police say they have located a missing and endangered teenage boy.Latrec Reynosa Bashford, 17, was seen leaving his home at 3 a.m. Wednesday near 119th Street and Oklahoma Avenue in West AllisPolice said he was endangered because he has an intellectual disability and is incapable of returning home without assistance. Early Thursday morning the West Allis Police Department said the teenager was located and is safe.
