Royals fans excited enough to sing over potential playoff berth [Video]

The Kansas City Royals had a share of first place in the AL Central for most of the day today! Unfortunately, it was only for a glorious few hours after a loss to the Cleveland Guardians on Wednesday. We talked with Royals fans, who are still very excited about this team. Laura Huyett has been a Royals Season ticket holder since 2015. “I thought there was potential last year,” Huyett said. “There were a lot of games we lost at the beginning of the season last year by one run or one call, and so I thought there was a lot of potential last year, so I was surprised the numbers didn’t work out that good last year so I’m really not that surprised this year.”Out at Kauffman Stadium, season ticket holders got to pick out their seats for 2025.
