Newsmaker: Flint Schools Supt. shares his vision for the district

A new school year is in session for Flint Community Schools. Under the leadership of Superintendent Kevelin Jones the district is ushering in a new era of hope.

Enrollment is steady. Buildings are being renovated. And, curriculums are being reevaluated for maximum learning. All of this is fueling enthusiasm among staff, parents and students.
