A 26-year-old Massachusetts man accused of peering into an occupied bathroom window in Boston is scheduled to be arraigned Friday.Boston police said John Furr Jr., 26, was arrested in New Bedford on Thursday by members of the Youth Violence Strike Force. Furr was wanted on a warrant issued by Dorchester District Court for charges of secret sexual surveillance and trespassing. Boston police said the incident occurred around 2:30 a.m. on Wednesday on Devon Street in the city’s Roxbury neighborhood. Police said the individual was observed looking into an occupied bathroom window.
