PARKERSBURG, W.Va. (WTAP) – Ross IES and The Workforce Development Board of the Mid-Ohio Valley are working together to create an Attire for Hire program.
The program hopes to collect clothing, shoes, hygiene products and more to help people get job interviews. While getting job interviews is important, they also hope to focus on the people who have jobs and might not have the proper attire.
A need in the area was seen by Career Specialist Leigha Robinson who works with people every day to find their way back to employment.
