Request for Proposals for Construction Manager at Risk Services Levi Carter Park Athletic Facility The City of Omaha Parks, Recreation, and Public Property Department is issuing this request for proposals from interested and qualified firms in providing comprehensive Construction Management At-Risk (CMAR) services for the Levi Carter Park Athletic Facility. The Project includes the construction of a 100,000 square foot indoor athletic facility. Included with the project are four exterior soccer fields and associated parking and other site improvements.
