(25News Now) – Summer has come and gone and the first day of High School Sports are here.

Today was the first day of official practices for fall sports teams all across our area. That includes Football, Flag Football, Girl’s Volleyball, Boy’s Soccer, Golf, Girl’s Tennis, Cross Country, and Girl’s Swimming and Diving.
